Carter

Since I was finally able to get Carter's hair cut, I decided to take him out and get some new pictures. I've discovered that it works best to take the boys out one at a time... things just go a lot smoother and I have less distractions. I was very happy with the results!

Friday at the Farm

The boys had a great time visiting John's farm on Friday. The love the outdoors, and it is the perfect place for them to run off some of their energy!! The boys had a blast jumping on the trampoline, playing hide and seek with the kittens, and running from the "wild" animals. :-) (They don't see many cows in Lester.)

Scrap Layout

I haven't posted any scrap pages lately, so here is a layout I just finished up.

Here it is...

... the weekly schedule. Monday - volleyball, Tuesday - football, Wednesday - cheerleading, Thursday - free, Friday - football, Saturday - marathon Wal-Mart shopping for $300 in groceries, Sunday - church and time with the family. Is it any wonder that I am feeling a bit "busy"? I better not let anyone know that I have Thursdays open, or I am sure they will fill up as well!

Has it been that long...

... since my last post? Boy time really flies! It is hard to believe that we are already at the midterm for the first 9 weeks of school. We are trying to enjoy the outdoors while we still can.

Beautiful Day for Football

We headed out to Brendan's first game today against the Lions. It ended in two victories for the 8th grade!!



The boys had a blast running around at the game. I was glad to see them get rid of some of their energy and head to bed early. :-)

The Wildcats claimed their first victory last night!

It was a great night for football!

Kids these days!!

What will they think of next?? In this busy world with all of its advances in technology, kids have really had to become more inventive to keep up. How else would one be able to send a text message and eat a sucker at the same time?? I like to call this one "Dex the Text Companion." Pretty ingenious huh? I'm glad to see that teens can make good use of their free time!
