Winter Wonderland

What a wonderful day... snow, presents, family... it couldn't be any better!

Fortunately, a kind gentleman was here to help scoop us out.

Beautiful Day for Football

We headed out to Brendan's first game today against the Lions. It ended in two victories for the 8th grade!!



The boys had a blast running around at the game. I was glad to see them get rid of some of their energy and head to bed early. :-)

Tribute to the King

A miraculous thing happened today. Brendan entered his room, and when he came out it was half-way clean! Amidst all of the miscellaneous junk in his room, he was able to locate all of the items in his Elvis collection. He has been a fan of Elvis since the 2nd grade, and really enjoyed his trip to Graceland during Christmas.

Final Concert

Tonight was Paige and Brendan's final concert of the year. They both improved a lot over the past 9 months.

... like the wind! Or was it run AGAINST the wind?? Here are some photos of Brendan's 2nd track meet. He runs the anchor leg of the 4x200 meter race.

Musical

We spent the evening at school watching Paige and Brendan in their first musical "Alice in Wonderland". It was a fantastic show!! (Click on photos to view larger images.)

"Footloose"

This evening was full of entertainment as we headed to the Pops Concert out at school. This was Brendan's first year in both Junior High Jazz Band and Show Choir.



He has played the trombone for the past three years.



This is his first year in choir, and he has really enjoyed it!
